One of the major challenges I’ve faced as a leader so far is to convince each member to embrace their respective roles and remind them of the value of their work. And since Propelrr^® has established human resources as a family rather than just an asset, we successfully addressed this by providing avenues for them to recall their’ whys.’ Simply put, we make sure that our direction as a company is clearly defined and that our values are well established so that each member can identify how they can fit in the puzzle.

As far as age goes, let’s say we’ve done digital differently for a while now.

Since our beginnings as Search Opt Media in 2008, we’ve established a strong reputation for ethical SEO, content marketing, and search engine marketing. We rebranded to “Propelrr^®” expanding our tech and digital marketing services to meet the growing demands of our clients, hailing from diverse industries such as financial technology, real estate, retail, FMCG, and more.

In 2018, we expanded our operations to the US market, working with Propelrr^® USA LLC, based in San Diego, California.
