Handpicked by experts
Winners were hand-picked by meticulous judges with established expertise in business management and innovation.
For this year’s run of the competition, over 900 nominations from organizations across the Asia-Pacific region vied for recognition of their efforts to innovate their business practices.
These could be innovations in product and service development, management, or even in websites and online customer touchpoints.
Primary Homes Inc. wins for innovative business information and apps
Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI) is among the winners; scoring top acclaim for their work with Propelrr (a Search Opt Media Inc. company) to improve and strengthen their online infrastructure.
Anchoring their efforts on providing convenience, reliability, and flexibility for Philippine home buyers, PHI endeavored to create a seamless lead-to-sale experience for visitors. This involved simple, yet research-driven builds such as real-time updating of property listings and optimizing the scheduling process for virtual and physical tours.
Infrastructure improvements also aimed to make internal processes move more efficiently. Through a new and robust lead management system (LMS) and a web portal for authorized agents. This gave them access to updated data on lead inquiries, unit inventories, and unit tour schedules.
Altogether, these improvements to PHI’s website led to exponential growth for the brand in a single quarter. Overall traffic increased by 619.15%, website visitors by 712.52%, and, more importantly, leads generated were doubled with the new website.
AboitizPower wins for stakeholder-centric infrastructure
Winning a Gold Stevie Award as well is AboitizPower – one of the Philippines’ top power producers.
As an established end-to-end energy solutions provider, AboitizPower sought to maximize its infrastructure as an information hub for key stakeholders. Specifically, their website needed to be accessible and easy to navigate for third-party raters, insurers, and stockholders.
These stakeholders would require frictionless access to corporate data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
Through scrupulous research and analysis of their website’s usability, conversions, analytics, etc, prompted AboitizPower and Propelrr to simplify the user experience and interface (UI/UX) and clarify the copies on the website.
These combined efforts led to the following results for AboitizPower (data as of February 2022):
- 217% increase in home page traffic;
- 213% increase in newsroom (blogs) traffic;
- 68% increase in overall traffic;
- 73% increase in new website visitors;
- 13% increase in average session duration;
- 8% increase in click-through rate; and
- 25% improvement in page load time.
