As a digital analyst, you’re tasked with tracking and presenting the latest online marketing trends, changes in customer behaviors, and audience engagement with company and client assets to find insights that can be optimized for future digital marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel, GA4, Meta Analytics, and other digital analytics platforms.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in digital marketing across social, paid, and organic channels.
  • Proficient in utilizing BigQuery and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Use advanced technical and analytical skills to collect, process, and analyze data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Description

  • Tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with the clients.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Build advanced visualizations that tell a data story within a suite of Tableau Dashboards used by our key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Maintain efficient QA processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data.
  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
