Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and objectives to develop customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate regularly with the team to discuss progress and generate new ways to improve the business, and fulfill client needs.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify industry trends and the changing needs of consumer behavior.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on the garnered data and provide a sound report to the management and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients while carrying out the client and company’s goals.
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and maintain updated knowledge of company products/services and market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Provide resolution to the complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
    Reports to the Business Unit Head.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • With at least 1year of working experience in client/account management.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Ability in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Good listening, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Must be tech-savvy and know how to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
