Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • With at least two (2) years of working experience in client/account management.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
  • Must be knowledgeable with the Google workspace.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Good listening, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Job Description

As a Client Success Associate at Propelrr, your primary responsibilities include generating and managing incoming leads, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with team members to offer insightful recommendations to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Build and optimize lead generation systems and processes to increase lead-to-sales conversion;
  • Generate leads and build relationships by identifying and targeting potential customers through various channels;
  • Manage incoming leads using different channels and work closely with other units and the Head of Operations to convert them into clients;
  • Prepare and be part of client pitches;
  • Collaborate regularly with the team to discuss progress and generate new ways to improve the business and overall customer experience;
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and the changing needs of consumer behavior;
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and maintain updated knowledge of clients’ businesses, products/services, and markets to assess new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged;
  • Manage incoming leads using different channels and work closely with other units and the Head of Operations to convert them into clients
  • Report to the Head of Operations under the the Client Success Management (CSM) Unit, which is directly under the office.
