Job Description

We are looking for a highly competent Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

An excellent Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle. The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of our business.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and support teams to validate complex workflows and ensure our platform delivers consistent, high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Log, track, and report all malfunctions/defects to production executives to ensure immediate action and timely resolutions
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
  • Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
  • Log and meticulously monitor incident and problem tickets to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Deliver prompt and effective L1 support via the Viber channel, addressing user queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand and define the requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse the impact on other areas of the system and identify gaps in the requirements.
  • Use internal tools to validate data flows, business logic, and system behaviour.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and ensure processes used within the team meet quality standards.
  • Manage a team of QA specialists, making sure everyone works well together and stays focused on project goals.
  • Provide leadership, motivate, and mentor other staff.
  • Set goals for team members.
  • Monitor and review outputs produced by team members and ensure standards across the team are maintained.
  • Drive automation initiatives by selecting tools, setting standards, and reviewing automated test scripts for maintainability and scalability.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Preferably 4 years of work experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent testing role
  • Experienced in both manual and automation testings
  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and databases
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Reliable and Trustworthy
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, or scripting languages is a strong advantage.

*** Our hybrid work model is designed to give you the best of both worlds—flexibility and face-to-face collaboration. Employees are required to be present in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. This means you’ll be in the office at least two days a week, and work remotely on the other days. This approach helps us stay connected as a team.
