Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you’ll support key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, data tracking and other administrative tasks. You’ll help manage hiring processes, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain dashboards that reflect team performance and culture.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions and assessment tools tailored to role requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and timelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and analytics dashboards.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement programs, organizing team building, and other employee activities that foster inclusion, recognition, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend actions
  • Assist in tracking employee trainings and assist in monitoring and reporting efforts.
  • Monitor engagement KPIs and report trends to leadership
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Streamline and optimize human resource tasks and reports by leveraging technology to automate manual, repetitive, and time-consuming processes. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying opportunities for system integration, template standardization, and process simplification.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including documentation management, workflow coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership and compliance purposes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
  • Maintain records of Supplier Accreditation and Asset Inventory.
  • Engage in continuous learning, innovate, utilize AI resources, and stay current with HR trends and best practices;

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At leasr 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, engagement, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent in Oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HRIS applications.
  • Knowledgeable in automation and/or AI tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
