Job Description

As the Full Stack Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and scaling of end‑to‑end digital products—covering frontend experiences, backend systems, and AI‑powered capabilities. This role blends backend engineering, modern frontend development, and AI‑first thinking, embedding intelligence, automation, and data‑driven decisioning directly into the product experience. You will collaborate closely with product, data, AI, and design teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent full‑stack solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Frontend Development & UX

Build responsive, high-performance applications using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
Translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
Implement AI-assisted features like smart recommendations, predictive UI, and auto-generated content.
Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend Development

Design and maintain scalable services with Python, PHP, or Java.
Build RESTful/GraphQL APIs and modular backend systems.
Implement secure authentication and role-based access control.

AI-Driven Systems

Integrate AI models and services to enhance product features.
Develop intelligent workflows such as auto-tagging, summarization, forecasting, and chat interfaces.
Collaborate with data teams to operationalize models in production.

Data & Integrations

Manage SQL/NoSQL databases and data flows for analytics and AI.
Integrate third-party APIs (payments, CRMs, analytics).
Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.

Architecture & DevOps

Design scalable architectures (monoliths or microservices).
Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and monitoring tools.
Apply best practices in logging, testing, and performance tracking.

Security & Compliance

Apply secure coding practices and API security standards.
Support data privacy, consent management, and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
Strong skills in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend services (Python, PHP, Java).
Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and production deployments.
Exposure to AI/automation tools or workflows; bonus for hands‑on work with LLMs or generative AI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps is a plus.
Optional certifications in backend, cloud, or AI/ML.
Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and clear communication skills.
