Job Description
As a Consultant Client Success Manager (CSM), your role focuses on optimizing lead generation systems and building strong client relationships to drive sales conversions.
- Build and optimize lead generation systems and processes to increase lead-to-sales conversion;
- Generate leads and build relationships by identifying and targeting potential customers through various channels;
- Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and the changing needs of consumer behavior;
- Proactively remain connected to clients and maintain updated knowledge of clients’ businesses, products/services, and markets to assess new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Manage incoming leads using different channels and work closely with other units and the Head of Operations to convert them into clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in client/account management in the digital marketing and/or technology industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Social Media platforms, tools, and analytics software
